I accept most major credit and debit cards. Place your order online, or by telephone. If you wish to pay by cheque, or fax your order, please download the printable order form.
Ordering
Please be assured you may order with confidence from me knowing that your credit card details are secure. Your card details are encrypted and handled with secure online ordering. When you click on any of the "Buy Now" buttons on my website, you will be transferred to the secure payment pages and server which is hosted by PayPal. Your card details are processed with PayPal using the latest 128 bit encryption technology.
Always look for the Padlock logo at the bottom right hand side of your browser when asked to enter your card details. This indicates that your details are being collected via a secure server.
Always check the address bar at the top of your browser when asked to enter your card details. If the server is secure, the address should start with https:// and not http://
You may order using most major credit and debit cards. You can click on the relevant thumbnails in the gallery sections to view details and prices of the prints. You may order by clicking the "Buy Now" buttons. Once selected, you will be transferred to the secure online payment pages. When you have placed your order, you will receive notification via email confirming your order details. I would recommend that you print a copy of this order confirmation for your reference. Once your order has been processed, I will send you a further email confirming the exact day of despatch and delivery details. If you would prefer not to pay via the secure website, you can telephone, or fax me with your order and card details. I also accept payment by Cheque and Postal Order (U.K only). Please send your order and payment to the address listed below. Although the prices on this web site are in GB Pounds, I am able to accept most major currencies. When placing orders from overseas, your payment will be in GB Pounds, and the currency conversion rate will be calculated on the date of purchase. Postage and packaging rates
Before I despatch any order, I make every effort to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. Each print is meticulously inspected for any faults or imperfections prior to despatch. Every print I supply is individually wrapped in fine acid free tissue paper and secured in a heavy duty cardboard tube.
Free postage & packaging on all orders of £170.00 and above, inc overseas orders to - WESTERN EUROPE, U S A, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND.
All other orders under £170.00 - £7.00 UK, £10.00 EU & REST OF EUROPE, and £12.00 REST OF WORLD.
Delivery
I will endeavour to despatch your print within Two - Three working days of receiving your order. I use Royal Mail Special Delivery for guaranteed next day service to all U.K destinations. Please be aware that all deliveries will require a signature upon receipt of the order.
My delivery aims to overseas locations are, Western Europe, Three- Five working days, Eastern Europe, Five - Seven working days, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, Seven - Ten working days, the Rest of the World, Ten - Fifteen Days, however please allow a maximum of twenty one days for delivery. I use Royal Mail Internationally Signed For service for overseas orders. The above delivery times for overseas orders do not take into account delays attributed to customs clearance and individual country delivery timescales.
Returns policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with goods you receive, you have the right to return your order within seven days of receipt of goods, providing that I receive the goods in perfect condition and suitable for resale, the return postage and insurance is paid by you, and the goods are returned in their original packaging. I will be happy to refund you the full cost of the goods returned if for any reason you receive the goods damaged. Please remember to sign for the item as damaged on receipt
Faulty or damaged goods
If you are returning an item because of an error on my part or because it is defective, I will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to me. You can always return items if they are received defective in manufacture but please note that I will only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective in manufacture.
To return an item, please enclose a brief note explaining the reason for the return, pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it to the address above. In the case of a defective or damaged product, please provide a full description of the fault or damage and return the item in its original packaging if possible.
