Painted as a commission from a senior captain retiring from American Airlines, this was a welcome departure from camouflage to polished metal and bright colours.

I was a little worried that my efforts at depicting the grandness and scale of a sky to fit such a large and impressive airliner, would fall a bit short for a man with so many miles flown through skies of all descriptions and regions. However, he seemed very pleased with the outcome, which makes me pleased also!
